Spicy Salted Fish Recipe
Material:
- ¼ kg dried fish jambal / cork, cut into 2 × 2 cm
- 3 red chillies, sliced oblique
- 4 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, take the water
- cooking oil to taste
Directions:
- Sprinkle pieces of salted fish with boiling water, let it cool then wash and drain.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet with a lot on medium heat. Salted fish fried in cooking oil (the fish should be immersed in oil) until cooked, set aside.
