Spicy Salted Fish


Spicy Salted Fish Recipe


Material:



  1. ¼ kg dried fish jambal / cork, cut into 2 × 2 cm
  2. 3 red chillies, sliced oblique
  3. 4 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
  4. 1 lemon, take the water
  5. cooking oil to taste



Directions:

  1. Sprinkle pieces of salted fish with boiling water, let it cool then wash and drain.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a skillet with a lot on medium heat. Salted fish fried in cooking oil (the fish should be immersed in oil) until cooked, set aside.
  3. Reserving 3 tablespoons oil in a skillet. Saute onion until golden and enter the red pepper until softened. The small stove fire.
  4. Enter the fried salted fish and lime juice, stir, lift, and serve while hot.
