Seasoning Soy Milk


Seasoning Soy Milk Recipes


Material:


1. 2 kg fresh fish (2 tail)
2. 5 pieces bay leaves
3. 100 soy sauce
4. Salt


Seasonings that disembam:


1. 15 spring onions
2. 4 cloves garlic
3. 6 units of red chilli
4. 2 finger turmeric, sliced thin
5. 3 eyes acid



Directions:



  • Siangi milkfish and wash clean, cut banding, respectively - each into 4 parts, clean spice disembam and rough cut.
  • Ungkep milkfish, sembam seasoning, bay leaves, soy sauce and salt until stiff and yellow fish.
  • Transfer the batter to the pan press. Add 4 cups of water into the pot press.
  • Then cook for 45 minutes (after the ring) to milkfish cooked and tender. Serve hot.
