 We eat a lot of yogurt in our house, fat free Greek yogurt in particular. Although we have tried many different brands, our favorite Greek yogurt is the fat free version of the Fage brand. We enjoy this yogurt topped with fruit or a drizzle of honey for breakfast, and we also use the yogurt in any recipe that calls for sour cream.  I think strawberries and rhubarb are a match made in heaven, and when found fresh rhubarb in our local grocery store recently I couldn’t help but pick up a package. Luckily we are in the midst of strawberry season here in Florida as well, so I decided to combine the two fruits in an easy roasted fruit compote.
