When we are traveling in Italy, anytime we get close to the sea, we always head for a good local restaurant to enjoy seafood. One dish we order often and thoroughly enjoy is Pasta Pescatore, which is simply pasta topped with a mixed seafood tomato sauce. Stuffed with a filling of sausage, onions, and dried cranberries, this dish is a nice alternative to roasting a whole turkey. I personally prefer turkey white meat over brown, so stuffing a turkey breast is always my first choice unless I am serving a large group of guests.
